As the Director of Business Development at Multilingual Connections, you will help design and implement the sales strategy to drive revenue for a small but rapidly growing company while also developing the sales department. You will set sales KPIs with us and be accountable to both individual and team-wide goals. You will work cross-functionally with the marketing, talent, and production teams to streamline processes and realize efficiencies company-wide. You’ll partner closely with our CEO and have a seat at the leadership table.
