THE ROLE

Our Paid Media Content Lead is a team lead role that requires solid people management and account management skills to successfully coordinate our client projects and our local team, who mostly focus on multilingual paid media projects that include content for paid search, paid social, display and programmatic. The successful candidate is expected to be able to drive, motivate and help expand our teams in Barcelona and Warsaw, adapt to a rapidly changing business, have experience in people management and coaching, as well as experience and energy to ensure the team respond to client needs.

The role will be based in our Barcelona office and will report to our London HQ.

RESPONSIBILITIES

This position will be managing a team of 3-4 Localisation Project Managers and will report to the Multilingual Paid Media Channel Manager. The main responsibilities of the Paid Media Content Lead include:

  • Manage a team providing end-to-end linguistic services, such as paid media localisation, origination, keyword research and market insights to our paid media clients
  • Supervise and support team members on workload and delegation, creating project plans, cost estimates and managing budgets
  • Ensure the team follow processes and deliver client files within the agreed timelines
  • Analyse performance data, derive insights and take required action
  • Contribute to shaping internal processes, ensuring the team are proficient in the media channels on which we operate (PPC, Paid Social, Display)
  • Monitor, train and develop existing and new team members. Help us grow the team’s skills and knowledge as necessary to keep on top of increasing workflow, ensuring seamless and efficient client management
  • Maintain client relationship and communication ensuring client satisfaction dealing with client escalations as they arise
  • Liaising with clients to provide them with recommendations and best practises
  • Contribute to shaping market and client strategy
  • Lead by example and ensure our local office has the support and skills to grow and succeed

ESSENTIAL

  • Proven experience in a team lead/team manager position in one of these industries: digital marketing and localisation/translation.
  • Based in Barcelona.
  • Track record in client-facing roles.
  • Experience in people management, account management and growing teams.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Energetic and driven.
  • Passionate about languages.

IDEAL:

  • Project Management qualification.
  • Cross channel experience in paid media: search, social, display and programmatic
  • Experience working with multilingual content.
  • Fluent English written and verbal communication skills. Any other language is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business.
  • Open mind towards technology and automation.
  • Proactive and solutions-driven approach to work.
