Position Overview:
The Program Management and Solutions Specialist will work closely with the Managing Director and key stakeholders to lead programs for existing strategic accounts and new customer prospects from planning through execution, providing subject matter expertise while working with internal cross-functional teams and working alongside the client. The Program Management and Solutions Specialist will also improve the organization's performance and ensure excellent customer relationships, creating an optimal client experience that results in strong client retention and best-in-class language solutions.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field required. At least 5 years’ experience in language services and/or program management with progressively increasing responsibility in respective field required, and a minimum of 2 years of responsible leadership experience in management or supervisory positions. Or any combination of education, experience and training which provides the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:
