Job Description

My client is an international leader in language and content services. Believing strongly that their success is based strongly on the success and power of their global staff, they invest in promoting and training their people in order to help them succeed. They are now looking for two Account Managers experienced in Localization and Life Sciences.  In this role, you will be responsible for growing an assigned portfolio of clients, working across the corporation when assistance is needed.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing key customer contacts, by on-boarding new clients, and creating and growing new relationships within your existing client base, through networking and relationship building.
  • Meet financial goals for client growth through up-selling the company's various services and solutions and finding new opportunities for contribution through team collaboration across company business units, as well as ensure process compliance and data quality in systems and adherence to Account Management Guidelines
  • 3+ years Account Management Experience with 1+ in Localization AND Life Sciences, managing large or enterprise accounts
  • Team leadership or direct management experience is helpful
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Based in any of the following countries: Belgium, Croatia, France, Finland, Germany, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland
