Contract: Permanent Fulltime 

Location: UK Remote.

About The Role:

As a Talent Finder you will source and recruit talent both for external and internal teams. Providing a variety of services to identify and attract talent to support RWS’s current project requirements, as well as enabling growth in key areas and the expansion of our services offer to clients.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence

  • Creates resourcing proposals for specific campaigns working closely with internal clients (e.g.: capacity planning, needs for recruitment).
  • Develops and executes recruitment campaigns to include: sourcing plan, promotion/advertising, use of social media, application processing, selection/testing, rate negotiation).
  • Ensures efficient and accurate maintenance of essential information to facilitate improved KPIs (e.g., time to hire) such as vendor database updates, applicant tracking, etc.

Delivers Quality, Value, and Results

  • Uses multiple techniques to build the RWS brand in the market and develop new candidate streams.
  • Leverages data/statistics identify areas for improvement and analyze capacity for anticipated projects.

Relationship Building

  • Builds strong internal relationships by working collaboratively with language teams to understand the resourcing needs and issues for current and potential projects.
  • Cultivates external networks and relationships to position the brand and to increase the overall supply chain.

Competences and Experience

  • At least 3 years of recruiting and sourcing experience, either for employees or contractors / freelancers.
  • Proficient in  English.
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills with an excellent telephone manner.
  • Experience partnering with and influencing stakeholders.
  • Knowledge in direct sourcing and interviewing techniques (Advanced knowledge of Internet searching and Boolean logic)
  • Able to execute in a high-volume, fast paced environment
  • Ability to prioritize and to work to tight deadlines
  • Ability to negotiate
  • Previous experience in the localization industry will be an asset.
  • Working knowledge of ATS tools and technologies
