This co-CEO role will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for shaping the translation services division. The role has a new business development focus with responsibility to implement global best practices for translation management with the company.
To achieve this, you will bring your expertise in language services sales, technology, and operations, and demonstrated leadership, and staff development experience. You will use this senior language services experience to rapidly grow the translation division of the business.
The contract duration is one year plus an option to extend to two years as mutually agreed.

Build and maintain a sales pipeline with enterprise clients using the most effective sales and marketing activities
Manage the sales process from start to finish through best practice sales methods
Lead the functional teams to maximize customer success and revenue generation
Build capability across the organization – coaching and development of key personnel
Represent Translationz at industry events, networking and when presenting our solutions
The Applicant Profile
You must have experience selling language and translation services to enterprise clients and be knowledgeable in end-to-end translation delivery process.
7+ years of experience in growing language services companies
Demonstrated track record and success, selling language services (with a focus on translation services) into enterprise-sized businesses
A track record in closing new business at enterprise level
We are open to candidates with differing life situations ranging from mid-career, executive team members through to those who have exited another business
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Self-motivated, driven, and optimistic leader
Outcome oriented -revenue growth
Dynamic and experienced leadership that builds engaged and motivated teams
High commercial and business literacy
Modelling professionalism to other staff
Ability to influence stakeholders and build strong long-term relationships
