Localization Account Manager - Transcreation, US

My client is a creative text and translation agency with offices in EU and the US whose mission is to rid the world of bad texts, by providing writing, editing and translation services. With an ever expanding client base, they are now looking to add an Account Manager to their US offices.

A an account manager you are confidence and have communication skills. You've worked in customer service and know how to work independently in a team environment.  You are client-focused, action-oriented and a problem-solver.

Responsibilities:

• Development and expansion of an assigned customer portfolio
• On-boarding of new customers in close cooperation with our project managers
• Participation in tenders
• Representation trade fairs and events

 Qualifications:

• Experience in customer communication, ideally in sales or account management
• Knowledge of the translation industry
• Knowledge of a second language is a plus
• Organized and self-motivated
• Solid MS Office skills
