Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Manager to join our team. As the Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the vision, strategy, and execution of our products.
You will lead a team of Product Owners, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful development, launch, and continuous improvement of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of Product Owners, providing guidance, mentorship, and support in driving product vision, strategy, and execution.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including development teams, UX/UI designers, and business leaders, to define and prioritize product features and enhancements.
Translate business goals and user needs into well-defined product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Create and maintain a clear and prioritized product backlog, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needs.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
Own the product roadmap, making informed decisions to balance short-term goals with long-term vision.
Drive Agile methodologies, lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of features.
Maintain effective communication channels within the team and across departments, fostering collaboration and transparency.
Monitor product performance, analyze data, and gather user feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimize user experiences.
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive product innovation.
Qualifications:
Proven experience (5 years) as a Product Owner or similar role in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, guide, and mentor a team of Product Owners.
