Business Development Manager
Our client is one of the most popular and fastest-growing management systems for Language Service Providers and corporate translation teams. Since 2010, the company and its innovative cloud-based system, has been offering the most user-friendly approach to managing and automating translation projects to improve turnaround time, reduce repetitive manual tasks and cut overall project costs.
Steady growth across all teams found them looking to extend the capacity of the sales team with another Senior BDM. They’re looking to hire an experienced Business Development Manager.
Responsibilities
Prospect for potential customers using various direct methods such as web-based platforms, calling and face to face meetings, as well as, indirect methods such as networking
Maintain a high level of relevant industry knowledge in order to have meaningful conversations with prospects.
Understand different market verticals and execute adapted sales strategies in these verticals
Work towards building and maintaining an opportunities pipeline of at least 3x the set targets and meet the planned sales targets
Draft and deliver proposals
Work with technical staff and product specialists where required to address customer requirements
Develop and maintain territory plans which outline how sales targets will be met on an ongoing basis
Make timely updates in the CRM and report on sales activity according to the required cadence or whenever management needs
Cultivate strong relationships with third party and partner companies that may be required to deliver full solutions to customers
Work with marketing to plan and execute lead generation campaigns
Provide feedback to sales management on ways to decrease the sales cycle, enhance sales, and improve company brand and reputation
Requirements
Fluency in English
Minimum 5 years of sales experience
Remote across Europe or at company HQ in Poland
