Our client is one of the biggest top international LSPs. It is  IP Services world leader in intellectual property support solutions. Over the last 50+ years, our client have built a reputation for quality, reliability and flexibility with their global team of IP translators, foreign filing experts and patent analysts. They lead the IP field with innovative services and technology including inovia, PatBase and OP Connect.  

Our client is fast developing in the US and is hiring!

For our client we look for to hire a Business Development Manager / hunter in their Account Development Team (ADT) working from the office in New York, NY. ADT task is to target law firms, companies and individual inventors holding small patent portfolios within their assigned geographic territory. 

 

Your Responsibilities:

 

  • Prospect and target new clients/opportunities within small-market law firms, companies and individual inventors with patent translation and filing and search services
  • Build and maintain an active pipeline 

 

What we need:

 

  • Good communication skills
  • min 1 year of experience of sales (localization and/or legal industry sales would be plus) 
  • Proven success in closing new business
  • Organized and self-motivated with a “can-do” attitude
  • Ability to work independently and within a sales team
  • Experience tracking sales activity in a CRM tool (e.g. Salesforce)
