Job Description

Your energy and ambition "switch" is permanently set to "ON!"

People wonder, “Where do you get your energy?” You set your mind to your work goal and you go at it with a passion that does not quit. You’ll only be done when your work satisfies your own high standards. We will provide you with all you need: the resources and the encouragement to excel, so that we can lift each other higher.

Welcoming different perspectives, like yours, is one of our strongest attributes

We’re a community of individuals with different points of view who enjoy opportunities to share our skills and ideas. We genuinely value people who will articulate their perspectives while respecting those of others. We value diversity, so here, you will find no limits to your professional growth. We will welcome you into the stimulating process of exchanging ideas for personal and professional growth.

The Tender Contract Manager is responsible for initiating, submitting, tracking, and securing tender bids for UK-based government, local government, health and educational institutions, as well as US federal and state institutions.

Identify and subscribe to tender and Request for Proposal (RFP) lists and proactively seek and cultivate strategic business opportunities within relevant organizations.

  • Develop, update, and manage submissions for the translation team, covering all relevant tenders for translation, localization, interpretation, and related services
  • Establish a systematic approach to efficiently manage the tender submission process and act as a project manager for all business initiatives related to all tender process until they are awarded and transitioned to operational teams, structuring and documenting the performance of all tender submissions, including successful bids.
  • Develop a process to manage, track, and document all tender performance and present status in weekly performance meetings.
  • A minimum of 2 years successfully completing and tracking tender submissions for organizations and government-related institutions.
  • This is a work-from-home role, and current UK residency is required.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills with demonstrated negotiating skills, influencing abilities, and experience in relationship management.
  • Strong organizational skills, including prioritization, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines.
  • Experience in completing and submitting tenders for large-scale service requirements with a focus on technology and a capacity to perform effectively under pressure and within tight time constraints.

If you like to work independently, we’re the place for you

Our environment is ideal for individuals who do their best when experience guides them, not their supervisors. Although support is available, we will expect you to be skilled and responsible enough not to need someone looking over your shoulder. Now you can have the “mental space” to focus and get the job done the way you know it should be done. We appreciate every member of our diverse staff for who they are as well as what they contribute. Here, everyone is welcomed and included in opportunities.

We offer extensive language solutions services for government, enterprise, and law firms worldwide. This includes translation of documents, software localization, remote and in-person interpreting, and more.

Please send your WORD resume to Jeanne at jsharpe@anzuglobal.com.  Only qualified candidates will be invited to interview for the role.
