Business Development Manager Director - HUNTER, US, Remote

My client is a family owned, mid-sized Language Services Provider (LSP) with a 30+ year history.  They have a strong company culture based on loyalty and teamwork, and are looking for a talented sales hunter to help them deliver the solutions their  clients expect with industry-leading customer service.

Responsibilities include:
The sales expert will be responsible for developing a new client acquisition strategy, pursuing and winning new business, and for developing longer-term strategic relationships in the respective market.

• Grow revenue and meet/exceed annual sales quota, by building a pipeline through activities including desk bound research, cold calling, attending events, networking, and more.
• Qualify opportunities and drive the sales process through to closure by understanding the client’s business challenges and recommending solutions to address those challenges by clearly articulating the company’s capabilities, strengths, and differentiators and working with various internal resources to present such solutions
• Manage and client relationships and identify upsell opportunities, negotiate contracts ; develop and implement territory plan and own sales pipeline

Requirements:

• 3+ years of sales hunter experience in Language Services
• Strong experience in business development and portfolio management in one or more specific industry verticals
• Excellent communication and organization skills across various mediums
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
