We offer premier Interpretation, Translation, and Localization services that facilitate seamless communication across the globe, helping businesses transcend language barriers and expand into new markets. We are looking to add a BDM to our dedicated team that thrives on the challenges and rewards of a multilingual world.
Job Overview:
You are an experienced Localization Business Development Manager with a strong background selling Interpretation services in the language services industry. You will play a crucial role in extending our business reach, contributing to the development and execution of sales strategies, and driving growth. You have a solid background in sales and in selling Interpretation services, and a passion for building and nurturing customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to the localization industry and Interpretation services in particular. Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, by understanding their specific needs for effective localization solutions.
2. Engage in business development activities, including prospecting, networking, and partnership development, with a focus on the technology sector. Provide clients with detailed proposals and customized solutions, ensuring they understand the value and benefits of our services.
3. Meet and exceed sales targets, monitoring progress towards goals. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Required Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales in the language service industry, Interpretation services and SLED verticals in particular .
2. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
3. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
4. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
5. Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management.
6. Strong understanding of the localization process and its business implications.
7. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
8. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
