Sales Representative - Interpretation and Translation Services

This role is for Hunters.  We are a small, growing LSP (Language Services Provider) with a passion for providing interpretation, translation and ASL solutions to our clients. 

The primary objective of this role is to identify and close opportunities in our 3 core (as well as other) services. Since we are a small company, it is critical for you to be a self-motivated and self-sufficient salesperson, with incredible communication and prospecting/connecting methods. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES, in brief:
• Research, reach out and sell to new accounts that come from RFQ’s, response to leads, and through your own prospecting efforts
• Ability to communicate via phone, video, and email effectively and persuasively 
• Track all sales activities as they flow through our sales process, entering them into our scorecards for weekly sales meetings
• Travel up to 10% of the time which can include overnight travel
• Experience and knowledge with Microsoft , (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Full familiarity with a CRM, Hubspot preferred
• Responsible for obtaining profitable monthly and quarterly sales goals through your sales results by developing excellent client and prospect rapport

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Previous sales experience in the interpretation industry in Health Care, Education and Legal, with 2+ years LSP Sales experience preferred
• Must have demonstrated the ability to build an individual sales pipeline, achieve quarterly and yearly sales quotas
• Understands all aspects of prospecting, qualifying, selling, quoting and closing potential clients in our sales cycles.
• Strong negotiation, verbal, and communication skills
• Experience working with a diverse team that has a high drive and great culture
• Persuasive presentation, communication and listening skills, that promote teamwork and effective business practices
• Ability to analyze problems, assign proper priorities and determine correct actions to take
• Demonstrate individual leadership skills on both teamwork and being the true sales quarter back
