Sr Executive Sales, e-Learning &/or Localization Services
My client is seeking a Senior, Enterprise Business Development Salesperson to join their team, to be focused on e-Learning (custom content creation) solutions. This position is expected to generate new business AND is considered a hunter role. The ideal candidate will be very comfortable with B2B sales, have a passion for finding solutions for various client situations and a track record in prospecting and closing new business. You have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Learning and Development Industry w/ a familiarity of translation and localization processes. If you're from the Localization industry, then 5+ years selling Localization services and preferably selling e-learning solutions, although not required. You must be results-driven, as indicated by a resume that demonstrates leadership and success in revenue growth and new business acquisition.
Your Attributes
- You are comfortable with a full spectrum of client sizes: 25 of our clients are in Fortune 500, many are in Fortune 1000, and some are smaller, innovative, boutique eLearning companies.
- Much of our sales activity involves using phone, email, LinkedIn, and other media outlets to reach and connect with prospects. Your experience in this style of sales activities is preferred.
- We are a language solutions company with a focus on eLearning content – we enjoy the thrill of discovering new solutions that are adapted for specific clients. You need to be a great listener and understand our advantages with clients; we are extremely talented at being agile and innovative.
- As a solutions provider, we stress a team approach to closing business – especially utilizing the skills of a talented production team. You are a team player, too.
- You are someone who has experience selling interactive services and digital projects such as content design and development, multimedia, and training and development services are part of your portfolio. You document and manage client relationships through phone calls, emails, and F2F meetings while capturing all information within Hubspot and Plunet.
- You can articulate the company’s competitive advantages and continually increase your knowledge of the field, customer and company through personal research and conversations.
- You have strong oral and writing skills – sending clear concise emails and proposal writing will be part of the job.
- You have strong knowledge and skills in eLearning applications and L&D industry – modalities, methodologies, authoring tools and curriculum development.

- You have 5+ Years’ experience with B2B sales and cold calling. (Learning and Development Industry or Language Services experience required)
