Director of Operations - US
Our client is a leading disruptor in the translation and localization industry focused on media content. They are currently undergoing an exciting transformation to a translator management-focused model. Their U.S. Operations will play a critical role in driving this shift, with a commitment to delivering scalable, efficient, and innovative solutions.
Role Overview:
This role requires a visionary leader with exceptional organizational expertise, who can align cross-functional teams, streamline workflows, and enhance client and freelancer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Alignment:
- Understand and support the transition to a translator management model.
- Collaborate with global teams to integrate the U.S. office's role in achieving organizational goals.
- Operational Leadership:
- Conduct comprehensive audits of workflows, tools, and processes, including HR, localization projects, client management, and freelancer onboarding.
- Implement scalable workflows using advanced tools like E’nuff TMS and LMS.
- Team Development:
- Assess team strengths and gaps, implement training programs, and ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
- Motivate and inspire the team to adopt new workflows and tools.
- KPI Management:
- Develop and track KPIs for project delivery, client satisfaction, and freelancer engagement.
- Continuously refine processes based on performance metrics.
- Client & Freelancer Relations:
- Enhance client satisfaction through improved communication, reporting, and service delivery.
- Drive initiatives to expand and optimize the freelancer network, aiming for 100,000 sign-ups.
- Market Positioning:
- Collaborate with marketing teams to strengthen the organization’s brand in the U.S.
- Support campaigns highlighting proprietary tools like E’nuff and LMS, positioning the company as a SaaS leader.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Operational leadership within a SaaS, Localization, or related industry.
- Strong expertise in workflow optimization and process improvement.
- Exceptional communication and team management skills.
- Familiarity with automation tools and KPI development.
- Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution
