We are looking for an Customer Success Manager to join our commercial team in Hamburg/Munich, Germany. You will enter a role with different focus areas! You will be key in working on and coordinating ongoing projects, you will work with a portfolio of existing customers, and you will be responsible

in problem solving and other customer-related activities across relevant accounts.

Main tasks and responsibilities

In this role your main tasks and responsibilities would include:

  • Sustain account growth and profitability
    • Drive account development through up- and cross-selling activities
    • Build account Success Plan
    • Conduct regular discovery meetings with the customers you will be responsible for
  • Drive adoption of product features and maximize product usage
    • Deliver solutions to improve customer objectives
  • Ensure overall delivery flow
    • Align and collaborate on customer expectations with Operations Solutions
    • Ensure customer's quality expectations are met
  • Drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction
  • Ensure workflow optimization and automation

Who are we looking for?

Your skills and profile preferably include that:

  • You know how to develop relationships with new stakeholders at existing accounts
  • You are able to develop and present best-fit solutions for your customers while having a view on continuous improvements in efficiency and automation of workflows
  • You have a structured work approach, project management skills and you are good in problem solving across a portfolio of owned accounts
  • You are experienced in operational planning and execution of customer-oriented activities to deliver on targets
  • You know how to report sales figures and health performance indicators in a structured way
  • You are a quick learner and have the ability to work under pressure
  • You work well as an individual, but also as a part of a team
  • You speak and write German and English to a high level
  • You are experienced in the translation/ content industry, tech or another relevant area
  • Business acumen and detail oriented
  • Preferred is a Bachelor/ Master degree within a relevant area
