Join us and be THE colleague to turn to when educating memoQers. The Customer Marketing Manager works with colleagues from several departments to create valuable educational materials and training for memoQ customers. You will coordinate our efforts on how to educate customers, and further improve these offerings, to provide customers with the best memoQ-related educational content.



  • Creating and executing a customer education plan/program based on the company’s goals and marketing strategy, in alignment with other departments’ goals
  • Planning, coordinating, and measuring:

- e-learning

- help center

- advanced webinars

- training packages and certifications

  • Developing content and packages: webinars, e-learning materials, videos, written guides, and ebooks
  • Working with other departments and partners to:
    • gain insights into what kind of training and educational materials are needed, in what format, etc.
    • design or redesign and structure or restructure educational materials
    • support the localization of educational materials
    • create and maintain a content and training repository
    • ensure that content is distributed successfully, and it reaches the target audiences
    • improve organic results for public materials (SEO)
  • Occasionally, when needed, acting as a content creator, not only a coordinator
  • Ensuring overall content quality
  • Monitoring customer education trends; delivering suggestions

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or economics
  • 3-5 years’ experience in customer education, training, knowledge centers
  • Familiar with memoQ or other CAT tools or TMSs and the localization technology industry
  • Ability to coordinate the content creation process and deliver content on time and in excellent quality
  • Understanding of various marketing and sales touchpoints
  • Strong writer and content creator, as well as a talented organizer
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Familiar with Zendesk, madcap Flare or similar tools, CMSs, e-learning platforms
  • Self-motivated to learn about new methods and techniques
  • Proficient in written and spoken English; speaking German, French, or Japanese fluently would be an asset
  • Good understanding of SEO
  • Strong customer focus
  • Creativity, accuracy, and detail-oriented
