Job Description:

This Business Development Director is an important team member, contributing to the overall customer experience through a customer-centric sales methodology. The ideal candidate has solid business judgment with a track record of business development, solution selling and strong overall sales management.

Main Responsibilities

  • Responsible for generation of new leads, closing of new business and up-selling within the current client accounts.
  • Building contacts and maintaining relationships with law firms and legal counsels at corporations
  • Remote position, no restrictions to geography, sell to any targets where you have contacts
  • Communicate the underlying value proposition and service offerings to existing clients and new client targets.
  • Hunter role, as well as farming new business
  • Target expectations Year 1 = $500K

REQUIRED Qualifications

  • A proven track record of lead generation and closure at law firms and legal counsel at corporations
  • Up to 5 years in legal vertical, selling legal translations
  • Knowledge and contacts in legal/IP verticals
  • Type A, driven personality
  • Tenacity and sense of urgency; the ability to make things happen quickly
