The Customer Success Manager handles new business opportunities and account development on designated accounts. This person continually seeks out opportunities to reinforce the company’s value proposition and capabilities while driving customer satisfaction and success and delivering an unrivalled customer experience. You will:

  • Conduct intro calls/evaluation
  • Handle value proposition/key selling points  
  • Address pain points & sales objections
  • Manage quote/proposal strategy
  • Put together pitch decks and proposals
  • Manage contracts & commercial setup
  • Manage proven process and deliver on our guarantee
  • Identify risks and opportunities 
  • Define and manage account strategy & AM activities (QBRs, regular communication, QBRs, CSAT discussions, etc)
  • Lead account teams


This is a perfect fit for someone with 2-5 years in the localization industry or international marketing experience, formerly in an account management or solutions architect role with customer-facing experience looking to grow professionally. This role is suited for individuals with a consultative mindset and strong interpersonal skills in connecting internal teams and objectives with clients’ localization needs. A person looking for a challenge and an opportunity to use their localization experience in an environment that’s focused on business results (strategic versus transactional localization delivery); unfazed about having business conversations with senior-level clients in Fortune 1000 companies in a variety of roles spanning Media & Communications, Web, Brand, Marketing, Content, Digital, Social Media, Product and Creative.
