My client is an fast-paced, organically growing, Language Services Provider (LSP) growing out a new vertical channel.

This company is developing a new medical devices sales channel. This position requires a creative, broad thinker who can build out this channel, leaving his/her personal signature of structure and accomplishment in this endeavor.

To support this new endeavor, the Company is committing resources (sales, engineering, project management) toward supporting this new channel and demanded by medical device corporations, hospitals, and other healthcare entities participating in the global field of Life Sciences.

A little more information:
The ideal candidate will be very comfortable with B2B sales, has knowledge of the development life cycle of the medical device industry, and has a flair for identifying customer needs and providing solutions across the full spectrum clients - start up, small, medium and enterprise-sized.

Candidates should have great listening skills. Our strengths lie in our agility and innovative spirit and translating these qualities to our clients will help you successfully sell our various language services solutions. We are team oriented and our production and engineering teams are here to help you.

You should bring with you and we encourage a disciplined prospecting system. We provide tools to support your efforts (Zoom Info, LinkedIn Navigator) and people to assist you and support your participation in selective conferences and networking events. We also have a marketing team who can create campaigns specific to your vertical.

You are:
A sales leader already or ready to be one. This role is expected to build a foundation of success that will last for years. You will create and establish our sales strategy for this vertical. In addition, the industry may require specific production processes and engineering support that must be identified in order to become the best LSP. Having strong analytical and quantitative skills and a strong bias towards data-based decision making and an ability to execute these decisions, is critical to the role.
