As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for an experienced Key Account Director to build strong business relationships with a number of Strategic Accounts. These accounts are based in the UK and within the EU. This is a remote role - UK Preferred. Travel within the UK and EU is required.

Key Activities:

  • building strong relationships with specific strategic accounts
  • identifying new business opportunities
  • developing Key Account plans for retention and growth
  • ensuring existing business is retained wherever possible
  • conducting strategic business reviews
  • achieving quarterly sales targets
  • working closely with operational delivery teams
  • accurate reporting of sales opportunities


A proven track record in Sales and Account Management:

  • 5 years minimum sales and account management experience
  • Excellent communicator, strong negotiator, ability to build strong relationships and gain trust.
  • Willing to travel and occasionally work unsocial hours 
  • Ability to develop account plans to achieve penetration and grow revenue.
  • Ability to analyse business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies and close business.
  • Effective collaboration with operational delivery teams
  • Ability to conduct meetings at all levels
  • Translation industry experience and advantage but not necessary as training will be given
