Reporting to and working closely with our GM Sales, this fulltime ongoing opportunity is responsible for the ongoing development and deepening of existing sales and customer relationships, predominantly across national Government & Education clients.
You will be responsible for managing overarching client relationship and contractual issues and providing a strong feedback loop between senior level clients and internal ONCALL team members to improve the value the organisation delivers to its customer base.
You will have a strong focus on key account management, and relationship management and development. This work will be supported by the creation and consistent execution of account plans.
You will conduct and represent ONCALL at regular meetings with clients including key decision makers and users across all accounts, nationally. You will work with cross functional leaders within ONCALL to increase the value the company delivers to all its customers.
Success in this role will see you successfully maintain your existing portfolio through effective customer lifecycle management, including the identification and delivery of growth opportunities and completion of contract renewal activities that maximise customer lifetime value (CLV) and commercial outcomes.
Further, you will consistently follow and act as a role model for ONCALL’s corporate values and cultural guidelines.
