As a Client Relationship Executive (CRE), you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and growing client relationships within our existing clients. We are looking for a highly skilled and adaptable person that has proven success in developing relationships with enterprise size organizations.
As the first point of contact, you will need to be able to manage expectations, provide tailored solutions and aim to enhance our client satisfaction. To be successful within this role, proactive communication and collaboration among team members is vital.
This role is an integral part of the revenue team and as a CRE you will contribute by:
Proactively manage a portfolio of existing clients
Develop and execute client growth strategies
Expand account via referrals, customized outreach and targeted campaigns
Partner with team members throughout our organization to provide innovative and tailored solutions
