Compass is looking for an energetic, intelligent, and experienced business development individual based in Latin America who has unique skills in pursuing and establishing B2B relationships with U.S. enterprise size clients – especially in the e-commerce field. The responsibilities will be:
o Hunt new prospects. Based upon an agreed sales process, set goals and perform to established outreach activity standards, prospect meetings, new client wins, and revenue generation per quarter.
o Practice a team approach of utilizing company specialists in engaging prospective clients for the purpose of closing the deal.
o Prospecting/Marketing: contribute to meetings with Sales Team and President involving targeted prospect lists, email/call campaigns, marketing support, and exhibitions.
o Margin: Assure that proposals and quotes provide acceptable margins for the company.
